Legal Advice

As part of our mission to provide comprehensive support to victims of terrorism, OneFamily works to ensure that terror victims obtain the full support they are entitled to from government agencies.

We offer legal counseling and representation. We work closely with government authorities responsible for supporting survivors of terror and their families. We represent victims in the public arena in order to advocate for them and increase benefits. We work with prominent individuals, ministers, Knesset members, public officials, as well as institutions like the Chief Rabbinate and the President’s Office.

Examples of legal assistance to victims include:

  • Explaining which government benefits they are entitled to.

  • Clarifying rights and providing assistance in the process of benefit realization.

  • Providing guidance in filing claims with the National Insurance Institute.

  • Referrals to labor courts regarding disability assessments.

  • Legal advice regarding accumulated debts of terror victims, organizing payments through banks, insurance companies, and enforcement offices.

  • Appeals to tax authorities for assistance in rebuilding homes and property damaged in terror attacks.

  • General legal counsel on topics such as alimony payments, taxation, and other civil law matters.

  • Referrals to attorneys specializing in relevant fields.
